That’s not great timing. In less than three days, AEW will present its All In event from London, England. The show will be in front of about 80,000 fans, making it the biggest show in the history of AEW. A spot on that show is going to be at a premium, but AEW has had to make a few changes. Now it seems that one of them is not a change taking place for the best reason.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: First Of Many: Title Match Reportedly Set For WWE Superstar Spectacle
Earlier this week, AR Fox was removed from his tag team match at All In, with Christian Cage being announced as his replacement. This came two weeks after the match was announced in the first place. According to F4WOnline.com by way of Cagesideseats.com, Fox was pulled from the show because “he cannot make it” for unknown reasons. AEW is reportedly not happy with the change because they were told about it at the last minute.
It’s a busy night. Check out Fox plus his replacement:
Opinion: Fox being taken out of the match was a weird moment and I wasn’t sure why it took place. At the end of the day, Fox was taken out of the match with just a few days to go and that is something you do not see happen with so little time left. It doesn’t make AEW look good but at the same time, it is likely going to cause Fox some bigger issues down the line.
