Bye For Now: WWE Hall Of Famer Finished With Current Television Run

It might be a bit. There have been all kinds of stars throughout WWE’s history and some of them have reached legendary status. Those are the wrestlers who make an impact anytime they are around and are often recognized as some of the biggest names the company has ever seen. One of them made quite the return recently, but now it seems that she will not be back anytime soon.

Earlier this year, WWE Hall of Famer Lita made a surprise return to WWE TV, eventually teaming with Becky Lynch to win the Women’s Tag Team Titles. The two went on to team with Trish Stratus to defeat Damage Ctrl at WrestleMania 39. However, Stratus eventually turned on the team, with Stratus attacking Lita off camera. According to PWInsider Elite there are no plans for WWE to use Lita on its programming in the near future.

Opinion: This isn’t the biggest surprise as the story is moving towards Lynch vs. Stratus rather than Lita in any way. Having Lita around would just distract from what could work from the feud that they have going on so it makes sense for Lita to be gone. If nothing else, she had a great moment with the WrestleMania win so move on and let her be remembered fondly again.
