He Broke The Rule: Kevin Owens Officially Suspended By WWE After Altercation On SmackDown

Back soon? WWE has quite a few talented wrestlers on its roster and sometimes a change or two has to be made to make things work a bit better. There are a few ways to mix things up and some of them can be rather creative. We might have seen one of those ideas in place this week, as a popular WWE Superstar is going to be away from television due to getting a bit physical.

This week’s edition of SmackDown featured Kevin Owens as a guest commentator. Owens was appointed by SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis under the condition that Owens would be suspended if he attacked anyone. During the show, Owens got into a fight with Grayson Waller and Austin Theory. Following the show, WWE posted a video of Aldis suspending Owens for an unspecified amount of time.

Opinion: That is the kind of thing that would seem to set up a big return down the line. Owens vs. Theory and Waller is a feud that has been going on for a few weeks now and it will be nice to see them finally go at it. Granted it might be awhile before the match actually happens, but we are getting somewhere with the story and that is a good sign for everyone involved.
