That’s a lot. There are certain things that help wrestlers get fans’ attention with their physical look at the top of the list. It may sound like a simple concept but it is something that makes a huge difference. If someone looks like a star, odds are the audience will treat them as a star. This can often be due to their physique, which can take some effort to build. That is the case with a certain AEW star.

Back at Double Or Nothing, Brian Cage debuted and instantly made an impact, winning the Casino Ladder Match to become the new #1 contender to the AEW World Champion Jon Moxley. This presented a major challenge to Moxley as Cage is one of the biggest and strongest wrestlers anywhere in a good many years. It takes some time to reach that kind of size and Cage is explaining how he makes that work.

Cage was a guest on the latest edition of AEW Unrestricted and spoke about the diet he follows to maintain his size and muscle mass. On average, Cage eats about 4,000 calories throughout the day, including six whole eggs, 22-24 egg whites and various amounts of ground beef and chicken. This is in addition to his regular exercise to build muscle. Cage will challenge Moxley for the title on the July 15 Dynamite as part of the Fight For The Fallen.

Cage is quite the monster. Check out his time in AEW:

Opinion: Cage is a heck of a monster and you don’t see a physique like his every day. Throw in the amount of things he can do in the ring at his size and it is scary to imagine how impressive he really can be. It makes sense for AEW to give him this kind of a push right out of the box and him winning the title would not be the biggest surprise. If nothing else, his look alone will keep him near the top of the promotion for a long time to come.
