BREAKING RUMOR: Top Star Possibly Injured At Stomping Grounds

It can happen to anyone. You never know when you might see an injury in wrestling. It can happen on anything from a simple spot to a bigger one and anyone can be injured at almost any time. When someone isn’t as experienced as other wrestlers, the risk can be even higher. As it turns out, someone might have been injured during Stomping Grounds but he wasn’t even in a match.

According to Brad Shepard on Twitter, Shane McMahon may have injured himself during the Drew McIntyre vs. Roman Reigns match. During the match, McMahon attempted the Coast to Coast on Reigns but left it a little short, which may have resulted in him injuring his hip. Later in the night, McMahon put himself and McIntyre in a handicap match against Reigns for the next night on Monday Night Raw.

Opinion: I can’t say I’m surprised by this as McMahon has never been a full time wrestler and is nearly fifty years old. At some point these big bumps are going to catch up with him as anyone is going to be injured if they do the same major spots so frequently. Hopefully McMahon is ok, though you never know how long this could keep him out of action, if it does at all.
