And New! Title changes can make all kinds of a difference in wrestling as you never know how far becoming a champion can take someone. It may often be the first thing that makes a wrestler feel like a star or something that boosts them back up again after some time away from the top. The latter seems to be the case this week, as two new champions were crowned.

This week on Monday Night Raw, Ronda Rousey/Shayna Baszler won the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles in a fatal four way for the vacant titles. Rousey and Baszler defeated Shotzi/Raquel Rodriguez, Damage Ctrl and Chelsea Green/Sonya Deville. The titles were vacated two weeks ago when Liv Morgan was injured, resulting in her and Rodriguez having to forfeit the titles.
The new champions are rather dominant. Check out their time in the ring together:
Opinion: This is the way the titles needed to go as Baszler and Rousey have been a dominant team almost every time they have been in the ring together. It seems that they only reason they were not champions before this was Rousey’s injury. For now though, this should settle the division down a bit and that is what the titles have been needing for a rather long time now.
