Please don’t be bad. Injuries are the kind of thing that can take place for any wrestler at any given time. One of the worse parts of the whole thing is wondering how long someone is going to be out of action as a result, because you never can tell just how bad something is. Unfortunately that seemed to be the case again during a match on this week’s Monday Night Raw.
Humberto Carrillo was injured during a match against Sheamus during this week’s Monday Night Raw. Late in the match, Carrillo attempted a sunset bomb to Sheamus, who was on the apron at the time. Carrillo landed on the floor but Sheamus landed on his leg instead of between the legs. As a result, the referee stopped the match and awarded the win to Sheamus when it was decided that Carrillo could not continue. There is no word on what happened to Carrillo or how severe his injury might be.
It might be a bit before you see him again. Check out Carrillo at full health:
Opinion: What matters most here is Carrillo being healthy. That was a nasty landing and there is a real chance that it could be quite awhile before he is able to get back in the ring. Hopefully everything is ok for him and at best, the referee was being overly cautious. Carrillo has always shown how good he can be in the ring and he needs the chance to make it work. That was a nasty landing, and now we get to wait on the results.
