Two more off the list. There are a lot of free agents on the wrestling market these days, especially after WWE let dozens of wrestlers go in the span of three days back in April. That was quite the change for the wrestling world and the kind of thing that you don’t see too often. The question became where these wrestlers would wind up, and now two more of them are off the market.

Over the last few years, the Bullet Club quickly became one of the strongest factions the wrestling world has ever seen. Their rise was spun off into what became AEW, but there have been a lot of members of the team who never wound up there. Some of them stayed in WWE, with three forming a group called the OC. One name is still in WWE, but the others have found some different pastures.

During a live stream of their Talk’N Shop podcast, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson showed a video from inside an Impact Wrestling ring, confirming that they were now signed with the promotion. This comes after their 90 day no compete clause wrapped up, allowing the team to sign anywhere they chose. The signing would make them eligible to appear at Slammiversary on Saturday. Gallows and Anderson had been teased as signing with the company for several weeks.

It’s a big announcement with a lot to cover. Check out the live stream, plus the team in action:

Opinion: This is hardly a surprise but it’s nice to see the news formally announced. Anderson and Gallows are very talented wrestlers but also hilarious, which makes this signing feel like it could be a great one. It was annoying to see them signed to big deals and then be let go a few months later, but at least another promotion was smart enough to realize what they had available.

What will the team do in Impact Wrestling? Which other free agents will the promotion sign? Let us know in the comments below.
