His new home. There have been all kinds of stars who have gone from WWE to AEW and vice versa but it always has some value to it. These wrestlers moving from one promotion to another is one of the most interesting things that can happen, as the wrestlers suddenly have a fresh start and new opponents to face. That was the case again this week, as a former WWE star made a surprise debut.

This week on AEW Dynamite, Adam Cole was in the ring to argue with Chris Jericho on the main video screen. The Jericho Appreciation Society attacked Cole, leading to Roderick Strong making his AEW debut to help Cole clear the ring. Strong and Cole are both former members of the Undisputed Era in NXT, where Strong has not wrestled since August 9, 2022. There is no word on when Strong’s time with WWE ended.

Opinion: This is a very interesting one, as Strong is a perfect fit for AEW and should work in well with Cole. At the same time, the fact that he seems to have left WWE without some kind of a big explanation or even an announcements is all the more interesting. If nothing else, it has me wondering who else might be able to do the same thing, as there are some very talented stars who have been missing from TV for a long time now.
