That has to be some kind of a record. On Saturday night at All Out, Chris Jericho defeated Adam Page to become the inaugural AEW World Champion. This is a major milestone for the company as they have only been around for a few months now and finding a World Champion is a big deal. With that accomplishment out of the way, they now have a new task: finding out where their title is.

According to David Bixenspan of the Daily Beast on Twitter, Jericho’s AEW World Title was stolen on at some point after All Out and its whereabouts are currently unknown. A polite blotter reports that Jericho left the belt in his luggage in a limo while he ate at a Longhorn Steakhouse in Tallahassee, Florida. Jericho had accidentally picked up the wrong luggage at the airport and the limo driver returned it, with the belt still inside the limo. When the limo returned, the belt was missing and there is no word on where it currently is, nor what AEW is going to do about the situation.

Leave the memories alone. Check out Jericho celebrating with the title belt:

Opinion: I mean….what is there to say about this? They have about a month before their first television show and in theory they could have a new one made before then, but it still looks rather bad all things considered. If nothing else it’s certainly embarrassing as the title was first won less than seventy two hours ago. This should be interesting, as there is a real chance it will never be found.

What will AEW do about this? How bad does this make Jericho look? Let us know in the comments below.
