Well he would know. There are very few stars in wrestling who have been able to take the sport by storm like Ronda Rousey. She came into WWE at Royal Rumble 2018, debuted at WrestleMania 34 about two and a half months later and then wound up main eventing the following WrestleMania in the biggest women’s match in history. Rousey has not been seen since, but that might be changing.

On Friday, WWE COO Triple H answered a question about Rousey’s status with the company, saying that “she’s coming back”. However, there was no time or date given for the return, which has been rumored for several months now. Rousey left the company after WrestleMania 34 in an attempt to start a baby with husband Travis Browne. She has made some comedy videos referencing wrestling, suggesting that she is willing to return.

Triple H and Rousey have some history together. Check out one of their more infamous moments:

Opinion: This long layoff could be the best thing to happen to Rousey’s career. She is the biggest star in the history of women’s wrestling because she feels legitimate. The problem is that she is going to lose some of her aura so being gone for several months not only rebuilds her presence and also makes fans want to see what she is going to do. That return pop is going to be great and that is what matters.

What do you want to see Rousey do when she gets back? Who will her first match be against? Let us know in the comments below.
