Out For A Bit: WWE Star Misses This Week's SmackDown Due To Health Illness

Please don’t be bad. There are all kinds of reasons for a wrestler to miss a show and several of them can be health related. You never know when you are going to see a wrestler have to take some time off to heal up for one reason or another and it can slow things down quite a bit. That seems to be happening again with a rather prominent WWE star.

According to F4WOnline.com, WWE’s Drew McIntyre was off of this week’s edition of SmackDown due to a health issue. There is no word on when McIntyre will return to television or what the issue is. McIntyre wrestled as recently as WrestleMania 39 last Sunday when he unsuccessfully challenged Gunther for the Intercontinental Title in a triple threat match also involving Sheamus.

McIntyre is a star. Check out some of what he can do when he is around:

Opinion: You never want to see something like this happen and hopefully it is something minor that is keeping McIntyre out. McIntyre is one of the bigger names that WWE has, especially with Roman Reigns not appearing on a full time schedule. What matters is getting McIntyre back to full health and it would be great to see him back in the ring sooner than later.
