Big Update On Reported Backstage Issues With Britt Baker In AEW, Not As Bad As They Seemed?

It’s not that bad. There are all kinds of people involved in most wrestling promotions and that means there are going to be issues that take place at one point or another. Some of these issues can lead to major problems and occasionally will result in wrestlers leaving the promotion. That appeared to be the case earlier this week but it seems that things are not as bad as they one looked.

Earlier this week, a report surfaced that Britt Baker was having major backstage issues in AEW and was finished with the company. The reports suggested that Baker was seen as difficult to work with and disliked backstage. However, according to Bryan Alvarez by way of Cagesideseats.com, the reports of Baker’s issues have been “blown way out of proportion”. While baker is not expected to be used by AEW at the moment, she is not expected to be done with the company anytime soon. Baker last wrestled on November 13, 2024.

Opinion: That is good to hear, as while Baker does have something of a reputation of being difficult to work with at various times, it would be a shame for someone as talented as she is to be gone. Baker has come a long way in AEW and it would be nice to get to see her continue to do so for a long time to come. For now though, we will have to wait and see her get back in the ring, but this is better than the alternative.
