So much for that. Every now and then, wrestling finds a star and knows that they have found one. What they do from there can be rather interesting, as you never know how well someone will be doing once they get their big push. Some of them work out rather well though, and that is the kind of luck that only comes once in awhile. In one case it happened in wrestling and another sport, but the future is only so bright on one side.

Earlier this week, news broke that Brock Lesnar’s WWE contract had expired. This was a big change as Lesnar was a free agent for the first time in a good while. It raised several questions about what the future could hold for Lesnar, who has been a champion in both wrestling and mixed martial arts. Lesnar could wind up in either, but which one is he more interested in?

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Lesnar is not interested in returning to mixed martial arts. If he was, he likely would have already entered into the USADA testing pool to become eligible to fight. At the moment, Lesnar is most likely in a situation where he will either return to WWE or retire from all active competitions. Lesnar has not given any comment or statement about what he intends to do.

Lesnar has quite the WWE resume. Check out what they might be getting again:

Opinion: I can’t say I’m surprised here and in this case it is a good thing. Lesnar is someone who can do a good amount for WWE as he is the ultimate challenger when he is needed. It isn’t like Lesnar has to work a full schedule as a lot of what he does involves standing around looking scary instead of actually wrestling. Maybe he is gone for good, but I would be surprised if he passes up a few more big paydays for such little work.

What do you think of Lesnar? Where will he wind up? Let us know in the comments below.
