Big Return Announced For Next Week’s SmackDown

Welcome back. There are a lot of ways to make a great moment in wrestling and a lot of that comes down to the presentation. Two of the bigger options are over whether or not the fans know that it is coming. Sometimes the moment is announced in advance to build anticipation and that is the case with an upcoming return that WWE has already advertised for next week.

Big E. has been on a heck of a roll since New Day officially split up last last year. After a bit of a rocky start, Big E. went on to win the Intercontinental Title on Christmas night and has not looked back since. He has since defended it a few times with Apollo Crews getting the most chances. The losses did not sit well with Crews so he took some action, but now he is going to have to deal with them.

This week on SmackDown, it was announced that Big E. will make his return to the show next week. This comes after Crews attacked him on the February 19 edition of SmackDown, dropping the steps over the top ropes to crush Big E. on the floor. There is no word on what Big E. will be doing on the show, but Crews has challenged him to another title match.

Opinion: This is an interesting moment and I could go with Big E. vs. the new Crews at Fastlane. That show is going to need a lot of last minute building and this is one of the matches that has already been set up. Get us there in a hurry and we should be in for a pretty violent match from both of them. Big E. is ready to become a breakout star and a feud like this should do him a lot of good.
