That’s great to hear. Wrestlers are a strange breed as they stay active a good bit longer than most other athletes. At the same time though, it may not be the steadiest work as most wrestlers are not going to be active in a nationwide promotion for that many years. Some of them can continue their careers in the business, but what if something interrupts it? That was the case late last year, but things are getting a bit better.

Earlier this year, news became to come out about D-Von Dudley not being in the best of health. Eventually Dudley revealed that he had suffered a stroke, which was keeping him away from his job as a producer with WWE. There were not many other details to the situation at the time, but Dudley did reveal that he had taken some time off from WWE as a result. Now we know a little more about what happened and is happening.

Dudley revealed several new details about his health during the latest edition of his Table Talk podcast. The stroke took place on November 13, but Dudley is having no ill effects as a result. He has yet to return to his role with WWE but hopes to be able to do so on March 25. Dudley also mentioned that both Vince McMahon and Stephanie McMahon called him to see how he was doing.

He had a heck of a career. Check out some of his time in the ring:

Opinion: The most important thing here is that Dudley is healthy. He is already back on his podcast and hopes to be able to return to work in about a month. That is quite the turnaround for someone who has gone through what he suffered and it is great to see that things are already better. Hopefully he can be back to complete normal sooner rather than later, but it is great that things are already so much better.
