Battle Ready: WWE Announces Lineup For Survivor Series WarGames Match

They’re in. There are certain matches that take place almost every year on the calendar and it can be a lot of fun to see who is going to be involved that year. Some of the matches need some time to be set up because they involve a personal rivalry and that is the case with a match taking place later this month. Now we know who is going to be involved in one of the biggest matches of the year.

Over the weekend at WWE Crown Jewel, WWE announced the return of the WarGames match at this year’s Survivor Series. This week on Monday Night Raw, General Manager Adam Pearce announced that the Judgment Day and JD McDonagh will team up to face the team of Cody Rhodes, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn and Seth Rollins in WarGames. There is no word on if WWE is planning a women’s edition of the match this year.

Opinion: I’m not sure how much of a surprise this one was as the two sides have been fighting for months now and we knew this match was coming at this show. What matters most is having things set up and there is a reason to want to see these people fighting. It should make for a heck of a main event for Survivor Series and that should be great to see for the show.
