The Battle Of The Generations. Lacey Evans And Alundra Blayze Feud On Twitter For Days After Raw Reunion.

Hold tight because the fight is not over. Monday’s Raw Reunion was quite the culture clash with wrestlers from the present and the past coming together on a single show. The generation gap was very obvious as you could see the legends and modern wrestlers looking and acting a bit different. As it turns out, the differences didn’t quite end when the show went off the air.

During Monday’s show, Lacey Evans tweeted that “legends = yesterday’s nasties”. This earned a response from Alundra Blayze, who insulted Evans in a variety of ways, including saying that Evans failed in the military and mentioning that Evans’ husband wished she was more like Blayze. The two continued to go back and forth for the next two days in an exchange of insults. At the moment, there is no word on Blayze facing Evans in a match as Blayze’s only match since the year 2000 was a battle royal at last year’s Evolution.

Opinion: I’m not sure what to think about this, as there is little reason for this to be a work other than to get some attention, though at the same time it seems a little out of character for Evans. Maybe they just don’t get along, though it feels more like two people working an angle than anything else. Either way, it’s quite the random feud that makes me wonder about Blayze getting back in the ring.
