Batista Offers $20,000 Over Horrible Animal Attack

He should be mad. There are a lot of wrestlers in the world today but you very rarely see someone break out of the wrestling industry and become a mainstream celebrity. It happens every now and then, but you never know how someone is going to turn out. This time around someone is doing something nice and they are even going to back it up with their wallet.

Batista made his WWE debut back in 2002 and by 2005, he was the top star in all of the company. He would go on to become one of the most successful WWE stars of all time, winning multiple World Titles and dominating almost any show he was on. After leaving the company, Batista got into acting and has carved out quite a successful career of his own. Now he is using some of that success for a good cause.

Batista has offered a reward of $20,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of any person or persons accused of carving the word “TRUMP” into the back of a Florida manatee. In addition, Batista promised bonuses to the award. Until May 2017, manatees were classified as an endangered species, when their status was changed to threatened by the Endangered Species Act.

Opinion: That’s one of the better things I’ve seen in a bit as Batista is not only angry about this horrible act but he is offering something substantial out of his own pocket to do something about it. Hopefully this helps bring the people to justice because doing something like this is one of the cruelest things I have heard of in a while. Good for Batista, as he is doing something about a horrible act.
