Two down? Like so many other businesses, wrestling is a place where it isn’t about what you know but who you know. Or in this case, who likes you. If you have someone in your corner in wrestling, you can have a lot of doors opened in your career. This is certainly true in WWE, where a nod from Vince McMahon can do wonders for someone’s push. However, the opposite is also true as McMahon not being impressed can destroy you. That might be the case with two Monday Night Raw names.

Earlier this year, Paul Heyman was fired as Executive Director of Monday Night Raw. This shook things up on the show, as Heyman had been in charge for a long time and had established things the way he had wanted them. There were several Paul Heyman Guys/Women who were pushed because Heyman saw something in them. However, some of those names are not going to receive as much of a push now that Heyman is gone, including two prominent names.

According to Wrestling Observer Radio, McMahon is not interested in pushing either Aleister Black or Andrade on Monday Night Raw as he does not see the same potential in them that Heyman saw. Both have been featured on Monday Night Raw since Heyman left, though neither have been in as prominent of a role. There is no word on what the long term plans are for either of them.

They were both around this week. Check out the two of them doing their thing:

Opinion: I’m not sure what to think about this but it doesn’t sound good. I’ve liked both guys in what they have done over the course of the year but if McMahon doesn’t think anything of them, none of this is really going to matter. McMahon is the ultimate power in wrestling and he is going to be the one who makes all of the major decisions. Maybe they can change his mind, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up.

What do you think of Andrade and Black? How far will they go on Monday Night Raw? Let us know in the comments below.
