See you later? While the promotion has a lot of problems going on at the moment, WWE is still the biggest and most well known wrestling promotion in the world today. That means they are going to have some of the top stars in the company, but they are going to have a lot of pressure on them. A wrestler has to be ready for international television, and that does not seem to be the case with an NXT star.

According to Fightful Select, Saurav Gurjar, previously one half of the Indus Sher tag team with Rinku Singh, has been sent home to India as he is not seen as being ready for television. Gurjar has been replaced by Dilsher Shanky in the alliance with Jinder Mahal. There is no word on when Gurjar was sent home, though he wrestled in a six man tag at Superstar Spectacle on January 26.

The team was different while it lasted. Check out how it went at the time:

Ever-Rise vs. Indus Sher: WWE NXT, April 8, 2020

Indus Sher honored to share the ring with Drew McIntyre: WWE Network Exclusive, Jan. 26, 2021

Indus Sher dominates against Mikey Delbrey & Mike Reed: WWE NXT, June 10, 2020

Opinion: It says a lot that WWE would cut someone off like this after being willing to put him on a major international show. Gurjar and Indus Sher did not make the biggest impression but they certainly weren’t complete disasters. I’m curious to see how much better Shanky does as the replacement, because it seems that we might be getting to see a lot more of him due to his association with Mahal.

What do you think of the team? Will the replacement be an upgrade? Let us know in the comments below.
