Backstage News On Why Alexa Bliss Is Off WWE TV

That would be an explanation. With so many wrestlers on the WWE roster, it can be notable when one of them goes away for a bit. It can be an even bigger deal when one of them goes away while they are in the middle of a big story. You can often tell when someone is moving away for a bit, and that seems to be the case with a current big Monday Night Raw star.

Earlier this week, news emerged that Monday Night Raw’s Alexa Bliss would be taken off of television for a few months, though it was not clear why she would be going away. According to PWInsider.com, Bliss has been taken off of television as she will be undergoing sinus surgery. There is no word on how long she will be out of action. Bliss lost to Charlotte at Extreme Rules, after which Charlotte destroyed Bliss’ doll Lillie, sending Bliss into an emotional breakdown.

Opinion: This is a much better explanation than “we’re not sure why she’s leaving” as Bliss needs to get something fixed. It also might help her on-screen character in the long run, as there is only so much that you can do after having such an over the top story like Bliss with Lillie. Hopefully she can be back to the older version of Bliss, which would be a welcome change of pace these days.
