She’s down. Injuries can change all kinds of things in wrestling, including matches that have already been announced. It can be difficult to come up with a way to find a way out of the changes, though a replacement match is often the easiest solution. That was the case this week on AEW Dynamite, as a reigning champion is out of action and a scheduled match had to be changed as a result.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: On The Schedule: AEW Officially Announces New Weekly Series, Several Details

Prior to this week’s AEW Dynamite, Tony Khan announced that Women’s Champion Jamie Hayter was not cleared to compete due to injuries suffered at the hands of the Outcasts. As a result, Hayter was removed from her scheduled six woman tag match with Britt Baker and Hikaru Shida against the Outcasts. Instead, Shida teamed up with Baker, only to lose to the Outcasts, with Saraya sitting out, when Toni Storm pinned Baker. Later in the night, Hayter vs. Storm for the title was announced for Double Or Nothing on May 28.

Hayter is a star in AEW. Check out what she has done so far:

Opinion: Thankfully Hayter does not seem to be seriously injured, as her next match is already scheduled for less than two weeks away. It would be a shame if she is out of action for any kind of an extended period of time, as she is one of the better stars to be brought into AEW in a good while. Now just get her back in the ring and let her be her awesome self and everything will work out.

What do you think of Hayter? How will the title match go? Let us know in the comments below.
