He’s back. A return in wrestling can mean a lot as you never know when you are going to see someone again after a long hiatus. Those returns can change the way things are working in a company and WWE knows how to milk one of them for all they are worth. That was the case this weekend, as a former World Champion was back in the ring for the first time in a good while.
IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: The Battle Begins: WWE Officially Announces “Bloodline Civil War” Match
Bobby Lashley made his return to the ring at a WWE live event in Cincinnati, Ohio on Saturday night, defeating Karrion Kross. This was Lashley’s first match and appearance in over a month, as he was last seen losing to AJ Styles on the May 12 SmackDown in the World Heavyweight Championship tournament. There is no word on when he will be making his return to television.

Opinion: This is some good news for WWE as Lashley is one of the most dominant forces in all of the company. You can always make room for another former World Champion and Lashley could be right at the top of SmackDown in a hurry. If nothing else, now he should be a bit recharged after some time away and that should only be good for everyone involved, but especially Lashley himself.
What do you think of Lashley? How should WWE use him? Let us know in the comments below.
