Back To Basics: Update On Baron Corbin’s WWE Future, In For Big Change

He’s in. The WWE roster has a lot of moving pieces, as there are so many wrestlers that it can be difficult to keep track of all of them all the time. Occasionally you will see someone moving around from one show to the other. It can make for a cool moment, or at least a fresh start, for the people involved. Now we seem to be seeing someone else in a new spot going forward.

Baron Corbin has been regularly appearing for NXT over the last few weeks, while also appearing on Monday Night Raw on occasion. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Corbin is expected to be a regular for NXT going forward. This follows the paths of names such as Finn Balor and Apollo Crews, both of whom have have since returned to the main roster. A Corbin vignette aired this week, showing him burning his previous gear and promising a new start.

Opinion: This might be best for Corbin, who was not exactly doing great on the main roster. Sometimes a wrestler just needs a change of scenery to either recharge or come up with something new. That seems to be the case with Corbin, who has been all over the place on the main roster. Maybe being in NXT is the kind of thing that can fix some of his issues, or at least take some of the pressure off of him.
