In a new video posted to his Substack, WWE Hall Of Famer Jesse the Body Ventura has announced that he has officially signed a Legends contract with WWE, marking an official return to the company. Ventura said that he was returning to his roots, though he did not say if he would be making any upcoming appearances. This comes after Ventura made a surprise appearance at Monday Night Raw earlier in the year and mentioned he was in negotiations for a new deal with the company.
You might remember him. Check out Ventura’s time in WWE:
Opinion: This is great to see for an old school fan, as Ventura was the signature voice of the company for a very long time. If nothing else, it would be great to have him appear on the upcoming revival of Saturday Night’s Main Event, which is where a lot of fans got to know him in the first place. Even if he almost never appears, it’s nice to see the two sides coming together again, just for a special reunion.
