I love a good cameo. Like many other forms of entertainment, you can find a lot of surprise appearances in wrestling. Some of these might take place right in front of your eyes, which can make for some cool moments if you know who to look for. Another fun thing about them is finding out that you did not realize what you were seeing. That might have been the case this weekend.

Sunday night, WWE presented a zombie lumberjack match at WrestleMania Backlash. The match featured a group of zombies around the ring, who later got involved in a brawl. According to Wrestlinginc.com, the majority of the zombies were played by Performance Center and NXT stars. In addition, former WWE star Scotty 2 Hotty portrayed one of the zombies and has sent out a photo of himself in the zombie makeup on his Instagram. None of the zombies were identified on television.

Opinion: This is the kind of thing that I can always appreciate as you do not know when you are going to see someone like this pop up here or there. There was no reason to suspect that a random Attitude Era star would be involved with something like this but it worked out well enough. Granted the idea as a whole might not have been the strongest, but it was indeed a cool detail.
