He’s in. There have been all kinds of moves on the WWE roster in recent weeks, mainly thanks to the Transfer Period. Over the last few weeks, wrestlers have been allowed to move from one roster to another with no penalty, with several stars having moved in the process. While the period has ended, we now have one more move which took place last week without an official announcement.

Last week on SmackDown, R-Truth appeared in a backstage segment with Akira Tozawa and Jey Uso. According to PWInsider.com by way of Cagesideseats.com, R-Truth will be an official member of the SmackDown roster going forward. This week’s show included R-Truth losing a match to Carmelo Hayes, who defeated Tozawa last week. The Transfer Period officially ended earlier this month.

Opinion: This is the kind of move that can be rather helpful, as R-Truth is someone who fits in just about anywhere. You do not get that kind of an addition very often and SmackDown is going to benefit from having him around. It should offer some nice comedy relief to SmackDown, which is something R-Truth has added everywhere he has been for a rather long time now.
