Down again. Injuries are some of the worst things in all of wrestling as they can change everyone’s plans on a dime. Someone could be on the way to making a big change in their career but then everything is changed out of nowhere. That was the case a few weeks ago and while things were starting to get better, not it has changed all over again with some more bad news.

Last month, the final Testament attacked Kofi Kingston, resulting in him suffering a shoulder injury. Kingston returned to action over the weekend on WWE’s tour of Japan. Kingston wrestled in four matches, but as announced this week on Monday Night Raw, re-aggrivated his injury to put him back on the shel. There is no word on how long he will be out of action as a result.

Opinion: That is a rough thing to hear and unfortunately there is not much that can be done about it. Kingston is going to need time to heal and the fact that he came back and then got hurt again is not exactly encouraging. For now though at least, it is going to be a little while before he is able to get back in the ring. Letting him heal up is what matters though, even if it is a little bit frustrating.
