Welcome back. There are a lot of different wrestlers on the WWE roster and some of those names are more popular than others. With so much talent, WWE can often have trouble finding a place to put everyone on the company’s television shows. Sometimes you are going to see someone take a hiatus for one reason or another, but now we know when someone is coming back.
The NXT Championship has become one of the biggest stepping stones in all of WWE. Just holding the title at some point in your career almost guarantees a chance on the main roster and the question becomes where you go from there. Some of the champions are more successful than others on the next level, but that can make it all the more interesting at times. One former champion in particular has been on the main roster for a good while, and now he is making a return from a quick vacation.
During Sunday’s Summerslam, Kevin Owens did guest commentary for the Raw Tag Team Title match. After the match ended, Owens announced that he would be hosting the Kevin Owens Show the following night on Monday Night Raw, with special guest Aleister Black. This will be Black’s first appearance on WWE TV since he was injured by Buddy Murphy on the July 27 Monday Night Raw.
This could be a big comeback. Check out what Black can bring:
Opinion: Works for me. One of the bigger problems with WWE at the moment is how many names they have been missing, so having Black returning should help things out a good bit. If nothing else he could be slotted into a spot in a fresh feud and maybe move up the card a little bit. I’ve liked Black and a long time and if he can go higher up on the card, good for him.
What do you think of Black? What should he do when he returns? Let us know in the comments below.
