He’s there. There have been all kinds of wrestling families throughout the history of WWE, some of whom have been around for several generations. It can be quite the moment when someone from one of those families makes their debut on WWE television. That might be what we are seeing again in the near future with a rather large member of a rather large family.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, former New Japan star and member of the Anoa’i Family Hikuleo is currently “in the system” for WWE and healthy. As such, he is expected to debut in the near future, which will likely take place in NXT. Hikuleo has been rumored to make his debut for WWE for the last several months. Hikuleo, 33, has not wrestled since June 9 when he and El Phantasmo lost the NJPW Strong Openweight Tag Team Titles.

Opinion: This is the kind of debut that could make a major impact as Hikuleo is a big man who could do some damage in a hurry. If nothing else, there is still the question of who attacked Eddy Thorpe, who was in trouble for putting his hands on Ava, another member of the family. That could make for an interesting debut if it is the direction they take, but it could be something as simple as “here is a big monster”.
