The fast lane. There are a lot of wrestlers under the WWE banner, including a completely separate roster down in NXT. With so many talents on the company wide roster, there are only so many places for all of them to go. This includes on the main rosters, which seem to be the ultimate goal for a log of wrestlers. It seems that one wrestler has already made the jump from NXT and they did it in a hurry.

Over the last few years, the WWE women’s divisions have exploded. They have gone from little more than jokes to some of the most featured as well as important parts of the company. That has caused quite the shakeup in the company as well as put female talent at a new level of demand. Since the company needs talent moving around so fast, someone seems to have virtually skipped NXT and made it the big time.

During this week’s Main Event, Chelsea Green was mentioned as a member of the Monday Night Raw roster, with no mention of NXT whatsoever. This comes two weeks after Green made her Monday Night Raw debut despite never having had a match on NXT TV. While the promotion has not been announced on Monday Night Raw, this would heavily suggest that Green has received a promotion to the main roster, as she has not wrestled on an NXT show in about a month.

Green made a successful debut. Check out her facing Charlotte on Monday Night Raw:

Opinion: I know Green might not feel like a major player, but it makes some sense to bring her up like this. Since she hasn’t wrestled on NXT TV, she won’t be associated with NXT and therefore can be brought up with no drama and without a need to write her off television. She already has the experience necessary to be a success so why not see if she can bolster things a little bit?

Are you ok with Green’s sudden promotion? Who else should be moved up? Let us know in the comments below.
