Get well soon. There are all kinds of injuries that can take place in wrestling and you never want to see someone put on the shelf in any way. Unfortunately there are certain injuries that can take a lot longer to heal than others. Some recoveries can go on and on and there is not much else that can be done. That is the situation again and now we are waiting to see when someone can return to action.

This week on AEW Dynamite, Don Callis announced that Sammy Guevara was not medically cleared to wrestle on the show as planned. According to Wrestling Observer Radio, Guevara suffered a concussion during his match at WrestleDream. There is no word on when Guevara will be able to return to the ring. Kyle Fletcher took Guevara’s place against Chris Jericho and Kenny Omega on the show in a losing effort.

Guevara is a star. Check out what he can do when he is healthy:

Opinion: That’s the kind of injury you never want to hear about as concussions can take all different kinds of time to heal. Guevara wrestles a high flying style and unfortunately that can open him up to the risk of more injuries. What matters is getting him back to full health as soon as possible, as a head injury is something that you do not want to take any chances with when it comes to recovery.

What do you think of Guevara’s recent work? What is next for him in AEW? Let us know in the comments below.
