Another: Monday Night Raw Star Makes Surprise Appearance On NXT, Gets In A Match

She’s here too. There are all kinds of talented wrestlers on the WWE roster but some of them do not have much to do. It can be interesting to see them appearing in different roles to show what they can do, but none of that matters if they are not given a chance in the first place. Another someone might have gotten that chance this week after a long time waiting.

Monday Night Raw star Dana Brooke appeared on this week’s edition of NXT and entered herself into the #1 contenders battle royal for a future shot at NXT Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton. Brooke was eliminated and did not earn the title shot. This was only Brooke’s third televised match of the year and comes a week after both Mustafa Ali and Baron Corbin made surprise appearances on NXT. There is no word on if Brooke will be making regular appearances on the show.

Brooke needs a chance. Check out some of what she has done in WWE:

Opinion: As was the case with Ali and Corbin, I like the idea of sending a main roster star down to NXT. Brooke hasn’t been doing anything on the main roster so why not send her down and see what she can do? Maybe she figures something out, but it’s better than having her sit on the sidelines and do absolutely nothing for weeks on end. I could go for more of this and maybe that is what WWE has in mind.
