Another Former WWE Champion Changes Brands After The Royal Rumble

He’s in. There are all kinds of talented Superstars on the WWE roster and occasionally they will move from one of the company’s rosters to another. That can be a major moment as it only happens so often and the moves can result in quite the shakeup for various wrestlers. Now we are seeing it again as one of the bigger stars in WWE has moved to another roster after a surprise return.

Over the weekend at the Royal Rumble, AJ Styles made a surprise return, marking his first appearance for the company since being inured in October of last year. This week on Monday Night Raw, General Manager Adam Pearce announced that Styles was officially part of the Monday Night Raw roster. This comes after Styles was part of the SmackDown roster before he was injured.

Opinion: This is a big move for WWE as Styles is still one of the most talented stars on the roster. Moving him over to the Monday Night Raw roster is a smart way to go, as he is more than good enough to hang with the top stars of the company at this point. I’m curious to see what they have for him, because it would not seem like Styles has that much longer in the ring.
