History continues to vanish. There have been a lot of moments in the history of WWE and some of them are going to be remembered a little bit more fondly than others. This has always been the case and always will be, but there are a few moments which are just not going to be remembered well whatsoever. Now one of the more infamous moments from WWE’s most famous era might be missing for a long time to come.

WWE is currently transitioning its long standing WWE Network over to the NBC Peacock app. This is quite the change and there have been some complaints about how things go on the new platform. One of the issues has been Peacock removing moments from shows, mainly over issues revolving race. That was the case with Roddy Piper vs. Bad News Brown at WrestleMania 6, but now another moment is gone from the WWE Network.

According to PWInsider.com, a segment featuring D-Generation X parodying the Nation of Domination on the July 6, 1998 edition of Monday Night Raw has been removed from the WWE Network. Clips of the segment have also been removed from Summerslam 1998. The segment features members of D-Generation X in blackface parodying individual members of the team.

The two teams leaders have met under some better circumstances. Check out what Triple H and the Rock have done together:

Opinion: This is the kind of things that is going to cause some problems for a lot of fans and I can certainly understand that. At the end of the day, there is something annoying about having matches and segments removed from previous shows because another company does not want them included. That being said, it is WWE’s footage and NBC paid to license it, so there can only be so much complaining.
