Earlier this week, Odyssey Jones was quietly removed from the WWE roster page, suggesting that his time with the company had abruptly come to an end. According to Fightful Select, Jones was not present at either this week’s or last week’s Monday Night Raw and is not included in WWE’s current creative plans. New Day, who Jones had been working with in recent weeks, referenced Jones without mentioning him by name in their most recent appearances. WWE has not commented on Jones’ status and he has not officially been released.

Opinion: This is one of the stranger stories going in wrestling today and it would not surprise me to see it end with some sort of a big smoking gun. At the end of the day, Jones was being presented in an important role and then the whole thing just went out the window. It would be weird to have things go this way without something behind the scenes, but we will have to wait and see where it goes.
What do you think of the situation? What did you see Jones doing next in WWE? Let us know in the comments below.
