All better. Injuries can wreck a wrestler’s career out of nowhere as they can put someone on the shelf with no advanced warning. You never know when you are going to see a wrestler get hurt and taken out of action, which can cause some major shakeups. That was the case earlier this year, but now it seems that the injured star is at least ready for a return to the ring.

During a recent appearance on In The Kliq, AEW’s Powerhouse Hobbs confirmed that he has been medically cleared to return to the ring. There is no word on when he will be returning either to AEW television or the ring. Hobbs has been out of action since April when he suffered a ruptured patella tendon in a match against Jon Moxley for the IWGP Heavyweight Title.

Opinion: That’s great to hear, as you never want to see a wrestler left on the inured list for that long. Hobbs was starting to get a lot better in the ring before he was injured and it will be nice to have him back sooner than later. It should be interesting to see what AEW has for him, but it would be great for him to be able to break away from the Callis Family, as it has kind of been covered already.
