Back at it. Wrestling is a unique sport int hat you never know when you are going to see someone stop getting in the ring for good. When a wrestler steps away from the ring for a long time, it becomes less and less likely that they will be able to stay in the ring. However, every so often, you will see someone return later on, which is what we are going to be seeing in the near future.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Important Update On Former WWE Superstar During California Wildfires

AEW has announced that MVP will be making his in-ring debut for the promotion this week on Dynamite. MVP will be teaming with the rest of the Hurt Syndicate against Private Party and Mark Briscoe. This will be MVP’s third match in almost two and a half years following a knee injury he suffered in WWE. MVP, 51, last wrestled in December and it is not clear how long or frequently he will be wrestling in AEW.

You might remember him. Check out what he has done in AEW:

Opinion: You do not get to see a manager with MVP’s in-ring skills wrestle all that often so this is a nice addition. MVP is someone who can be rather useful in multiple ways and that is what he is getting to showcase this week. It makes the Hurt Syndicate that much more impressive and I could go for seeing what MVP can add to the show if he is given such a chance.

What do you think of the announcement? Is MVP better in the ring or as a manager? Let us know in the comments below.
