WWE have revealed via their official website that NXT General Manager William Regal will be appearing at the upcoming WWN training seminar and EVOLVE show.

On Friday December 8 in Long Island, N.Y., Regal will be appearing at WWN’s all-day seminar/tryout and the night after at EVOLVE 96 in Queens, N.Y. The goal for his appearances are to scout talent and impart his knowledge on the next generation of talent, alongside EVOLVE management.

WWE have noted on their website that at least one of the individuals Regal is impressed by over the weekend will be selected to become an extra on NXT, provided they complete the requested documents and tasks necessary.

Regal had the following to say about appearing:

“I will be at the WWN Seminar/Tryout on Dec. 8 and EVOLVE on Dec. 9 for a reason. I’ll be there to represent WWE as we keep a pulse on the talent that will lead the business into and throughout 2018. We value the independent wrestling scene, and it’s our goal to strengthen it.”

In addition to being there and watching the competitors at EVOLVE 96, Regal will also spend time with fans who want pictures and autographs beforehand.

If you are interested in the seminar/tryout, you can find more details here. If you would like to attend EVOLVE 96 or EVOLVE 97 the night after, you can purchase tickets here, using the code “NXTGM” to get 20 percent off your tickets.
