WWE confirmed last night on ‘Smackdown Live’ that next week while in Las Vegas, AJ Styles will be defending his United States Championship.

After the match between Tye Dillinger and Baron Corbin last night on ‘Smackdown Live,’ Styles spoke with Dillinger backstage and confirmed he would be defending the United States Championship next week in another open challenge, but the only person he will accept is Dillinger.

It is unknown at this time if Corbin will get involved somehow, as it does appear that Corbin and Styles are beginning a feud. Dillinger is involved at this time, but next week will be a pivotal show for ‘The Perfect 10’ as a loss here for him sends him back to the bottom of the card.
