Adam Blampied of Cultaholics, formerly with WhatCulture has come forward on manipulating female fans into sending nude photos.

Blampied posted to Twitter explaining that he is taking time off Cultaholics, despite the company and YouTube channel only in it’s infancy, with the first proper video scheduled to go live tomorrow.

He apologized publicly for the actions in his private life over the past few years. He explains he has manipulated several female fans into sending him elicit pictures of themselves. In addition to this, he had a girlfriend at the time and claimed she didn’t know he was sending the women these messages.

This is what Blampied had to say:

Women are starting to come out with this information now, explaining how they were treated by the former face of WhatCulture.

One woman in particular posted a long, extensive message detailing how she eventually gave in to him and sent nudes, while both were drunk. She was 19, he was 29 at the time.

He reportedly made conversation sexual. She didn’t know what to think as she had never been noticed by somebody as big as Blampied is.

She goes on to say that he later apologized, but would later continue to send her Snapchat messages and such, but ignore her comments. She said she was in a poor mental state and he kept on continuing to berate her and didn’t care how she felt.

Here is what she had to say, with screenshots from the conversation they had:

With Blampied coming clean about what has happened, it does appear that these are true. In addition, the accounts in her screenshots have listed dates and the account is verified.

Blampied is the head of creative at Cultaholics, which is a new group of personalities that came from WhatCulture earlier this year.

Here is the initial announcement video for Cultaholics, if you’re interested in seeing what the project is.
