Kurt Angle Q&A: Ambrose’s Return, Cesaro, Future Of WWE

Ringside News recently posted the main questions from a Q&A WWE Raw General Manager Kurt Angle did on his Facebook page. Here are the highlights.

What was his opinion on Titus O’Neil’s fall at the Greatest Royal Rumble:

“I cringed when it occurred. But I like the fact that Titus is humble enough to make fun of it. It’s a ‘wrestling moment’ that will never be forgotten.”

Angle continues by commenting on what is the biggest culture shock was going to Saudi Arabia:

“I was surprised at how progressive Saudi is. They still hold incredible traditions but they have taken progressive steps that have changed some of their culture. I was also a bit surprised that the female WWE superstars weren’t allowed to perform there, but I’ve been told that will change soon.”

Angle lists a wrestler he feels are underrated:

“Cesaro. He hasn’t been world champ yet.”

Does Angle have any news on when Shield member Dean Ambrose will be back?

“Dean will be back very soon. I can’t comment on when though.”

He is asked to name 5 wrestlers he believe will carry WWE in the future.

“Roman, Seth, Ambrose, Braun, Balor, Roode, Elias. Jordan, Gable, Mahal, Ronda, Asuka…Nia. Oops…that’s more than 5. And I forgot the SmackDown talent. Lots to choose from.”
