PWInsider.com is reporting that a lawsuit filed by WWE against the Figures Toy Company has been dismissed by a court.

The dispute was over the new replica WWE Championship belts being sold through WWE. The company felt that Figures was decreasing the quality of the belts and delaying shipping time despite an unannounced jump in orders placed. WWE also reportedly wanted to bypass the toy dealer and go directly to the factory used to make the belts.

After being filed in late-August, the suit was dismissed on Wednesday with the judge claiming it was “with prejudice” and Figures would struggle to settle the lawsuit down the line.

There has been no comment from either side.
