Despite showing dominance in his match on Monday Night Raw, there is said to be some backstage concern over the health of Roman Reigns. PWInsider.com reports that there is worry he may have suffered a concussion.

Reigns suffered a major cut to his eye during the match which later required six stitches. He was bleeding heavily during the final few minutes of the six-man tag match between The Shield and Kofi Kingston, Rey Mysterio and Big E Langston. He was still able to finish the match, which saw Dean Ambrose tag himself in and getting the victory.

While it is said he showed no signs of a concussion immediately following the match, he will likely be forced to take an Impact test before Smackdown’s tapings on Tuesday. This has been done as a precautionary measure for many workers in the past, but has often revealed some signs of a concussion.

It is unclear as to when in the match Reigns may have suffered the injury.
