AJ Styles and TNA Moving Towards New Deal

Rumors have been circulating as of late that TNA wrestler AJ Styles may be on his way out of the company as his contract begins to expire. PWInsider.com is now reporting that the two sides are in fact making progress towards a new deal.

Styles, who turned face on last week’s episode of Impact, has been with the company since it opened in 2002. The site says that the only thing holding back the two between a deal is the money, which has been an issue as of late with TNA. The past few months have seen it cut nearly 30 percent of its roster, including Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke.

No word on whether WWE would have interest in Styles should he leave the company, but it is worth noting that he is 36 years old.
