Tyler Lemco’s High Risk Maneuver: Beach Blast 1993

In this episode of “High Risk Maneuver”, Tyler Lemco recounts the absurd and nefarious attempt to sabotoge Sting and Davey Boy Smith in a WCW produced mini-movie created for Beach Blast 1993.

Billed as the “Superpowers”, Sting and Davey Boy Smith are set to face their rivals “Masters of the Power Bomb”, Big Van Vader and Sid Vicious. Prior to the match, Sting and Davey Boy Smith play a carefree game of volleyball with a group of random kids on an unnamed tropical island.

Vicious, along with managers Harley Race and Col. Robert Parker, inexplicably attempt to bribe the Superpowers into not wrestling at Beach Blast. After their offer is rebuffed, the diabolical team of Vader and Vicious enlist Cheatum, the Evil Midget to dress up in a shark costume, swim out to the Superpowers’ speedboat and do the unthinkable.
