We’re still two months away from the Royal Rumble, but that doesn’t mean it’s too early to start the build for the big event. We’re on the road to the road to WrestleMania, baby.

Goldberg already announced his participation in the event, and not to be upstaged, Brock Lesnar has been confirmed as another in the field of 30 competitors vying for the main event of WrestleMania.

The announcement was made by Paul Heyman in a backstage interview segment where he addressed Lesnar’s shocking two-minute loss to Goldberg at Survivor Series.

The 2017 Royal Rumble will take place at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. WWE will be pulling out all the stops to fill out the arena’s 70,000+ capacity, and they’ve clearly already started.
