The WWE and World Heavyweight Championship match at TLC may be a Unification Match. According to reports from fans on Twitter, Triple H made mention of this in a promo during Tuesday night’s tapings for “WWE Main Event” and “Smackdown.” Triple H apparently states that he would like to have only one WWE Champion and wants the winner of the match to be the undisputed champion, unifying both championships into the WWE title.

As we previously reported, the match was announced to take place at the TLC PPV on the latest edition of Monday Night Raw. WWE Champion Randy Orton will face World Heavyweight Champion John Cena in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs Match to decide who the sole “face of the WWE” is, as well as the true champion of the company. It is unsure if the match will be made an official “unification” bout Friday night, but Triple H will drop the hint that this match will be to unify the belts.
