The wife of WWE Legend Viscera is suing WWE over his death, which occurred a year ago on Feb. 18, 2014. His wife, Cassandra Frazier, filed suit against WWE a year-to-the day that her husband passed away from a massive heart attack. He was 43 years old.

The lawsuit alleges that Viscera, real name Nelson Frazier, actually passed away due to the affects of working in the ring for 20+ years. His wife claims that concussions and brain trauma led to his poor health, and blames companies like WWE.

When Frazier passed away, his wife Cassandra make public statements about her disdain for WWE executives. Her complaint at the time was that she hadn’t personally gotten a call of condolences about her husband’s passing.

WWE has reportedly not been served with the lawsuit yet, but it was filed in Memphis, Tennessee on Feb. 18. WrestlingRumors.net will keep you updated on WWE’s response to the allegations.

Editor’s Note:
This suit is ridiculous. Someone is just trying to get some money from the company. VISCERA WAS LIKE 500 lbs! Concussions led to his heart attack? Come on.
